All purchases must be paid for and collected no later than two working days following the sale. Our normal office opening hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.  

Morphets do not undertake the delivery or postage of items as, in our opinion, this is best left to the experts.

Bradleys Removals offer a courier service for our buyers, providing a straightforward, seamless system for delivery of your purchases.  Lots may be categorised and a price band showing in the description, otherwise prices can be obtained on application.  The cost is then included in your auction invoice. When the invoice is paid, your lot(s) will be collected by Bradleys for onward shipping to the address registered with us.

Unless advised otherwise in writing your lots will be sent to your registered address, as shown on your invoice. Once the quote has been accepted Bradleys aim to dispatch your lots within ten working days.

There may be instances where Bradleys are unable to post lots due to their delicate nature, content or size. We would advise checking whether an item can be posted before placing your bid.

For auctions which do not have shipping bands displayed we would suggest that you contact Bradleys direct to obtain a quotation.

If you choose to instruct your own agent to collect on your behalf, please remember to advise us of your chosen carrier and provide them with full details of your purchases. We must be in receipt of cleared funds before we can release your lots.

Once lots leave our premises we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred, nor will we pursue claims regarding loss or damage on your behalf. You must raise your claim with your chosen shipping provider.

International Shipping: There may be restrictions on shipping certain items internationally. Please make enquiries prior to bidding if you are unsure. Please note that buyers are responsible for any excess duty or other charges imposed on exported lots.
