Royal Interest: a paper fan printed with a portrait of King Alfonso XIII and Queen Victoria of Spain, who married in 1906, the reserves with depictions of the Palacio real in Madrid and the Palacio de Osborne (Osborne House on the Isle of Wight), their crests appearing near the top border, simple monture of plain wood, guard approx. 24 cm; together with a large fan c 1890’s, black gauze mounted on black wood sticks, with a crown and monogram in gold in the centre, guard approx. 35 cm (2) (Shipping category C)
The Royal fan has some wear, with a partial split to the left side first fold in and some nicks to folds on the upper edge.
