Mid-19th century Berlin woolwork and beadwork on canvas: an unused set of panels for the back and seat of a salon chair, the background a deep yellow, the central feature a peacock feather worked entirely in beads, surrounded by cross panels and flowers, digitalis and campanula, daisy and rose, the daisy entirely in beads, the others in brightly coloured wools, approx. 45 cm by 52 cm and 55 by 54 cm (2) (Shipping category C)

The upper panel is as new, surprisingly the seat panel has one small area of wear to the woolwork and is not entirely clean at the edges of the design
