AN 18TH CENTURY CHINESE PORCELAIN FAMILLE ROSE TEAPOT of globular form, the domed lid with bud finial, enamelled with peony and scattered blossom, 16cm high
The area around the base of the spout has been restored, also to the inner lip of spout and there is a curved line showing the edge of the spout, which under glass, appears to be a faint hairline along part of the line. Some slight loss to the enamel on the leaves. The lid has a tiny chip to the rim.
