C 1860’s, a dark lilac watered taffeta evening skirt and off the shoulder bodice, lacing at the back, the cap sleeves, front bodice and rosette and tails attached to the voluminous skirt all trimmed in a machine version of Bedfordshire Maltese lace; together with a separate white cotton gauze petticoat (3 items.)
