Victorian costume: a fine quality triangular black lace shawl, the design with pillars and floral sprays, approx. 242 cm with approx. 132 from the top into the point; together with a black Maltese lace shawl with frill; a black maid’s apron with bobbin lace border; a black moiré silk skirt with pleated frill; a cream satin mid-century sash with beaded tassels. A corded tassel in beige; a mid-century pale pink bodice; a ruby silk pleated belt with rosette; two bonnets, one adult; a lawn handkerchief printed with the new innovation in Daimler cars 1885-6; a very unusual pair of leather forearm protectors, tapering to the wrist, buttoning, lined with red wool; a ruby velvet bag with gold metal tassels and embroidered panels; a small Art Nouveau trinket box; a handle in silver metal for an Art nouveau period umbrella, an Art Nouveau suede bag with very stylized silver metal frame; two pairs of pince-nez and other spectacles ( the latter A/F) (qty) (Shipping category D)
