A 19th century Chinese snuff bottle of moon flask shape enamelled in famille rose with figures in a landscape to either side, painted four character mark to underside, 6cm together with a celadon green plate enamelled with peony and other blossom, birds and butterflies, blue seal mark to underside, 8cm
Snuff bottle - some loss of enamel and wear to the painted figures. No cracks or chips to the neck or body. The foot rim is gritty and rough from firing but I can't see any damage amongst the black grit.
The plate - has slight wear to the enamel and there are chips to the rim where a plate holder has rubbed.
