A c 1880’s two piece light grey silk ensemble, the long-line bodice tailored and shaped at the back to allow for the bustle on the skirt, silk fringing, front and sleeve buttons, Maltese lace to the cuffs, later machine lace at the neck, all lined in glazed cotton, the skirt draping with inner ties for the bustle, with pleating and fringing to the hem, with an additional protective layer under the pleats (2) (Shipping category D)
