AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY LONGCASE CLOCK, by T Spencer of Chelmsford, having a 13" painted dial, with house and landscape to the arch and spandrels, black Roman numerals, secondary dial and crescent-shape calendar aperture, 8-day movement striking on a bell, the pagoda hood with fretwork panels, gilt metal ball and spire finials above an arched door flanked by reeded and brass mounted pilasters to either wide, arch top long trunk door, beaded lower panel on bracket feet, 236cm high

Movement: Is currently functioning. Twin train on gut striking on a bell. Good condition, restored, recent new gut lines.
Dial: Very good condition, possibly restored. The date wheel does not probably works.
Hands: Gilt metal, very good condition, a slight miss match in colour, probably original.
Glass: Complete, a replacement.
Hood: There has been some replacement/restoration to the hood up.
Case: In good condition, the dial door lock does not work. There is some small restoration to the pierced side parts, the pillar tops do not fit well. Some medium to heavy scratches to the top corner side of the pedistal.
Hinges: Fit for purpose.
Key: Not present.
Pendulum: Appears original and in good condition.
