A LARGE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH GILT WOOD AND GESSO OVERMANTEL MIRROR, with shell and foliate cresting, rounded rectangular outline, moulded frame with beaded and rope twist edging, remnants of label verso 'Raveau', 184cm high x 112.5cm wide
There is a small amount of rope moulding missing to outer edge. Gilding badly worn to lower edge possibly from repeated dusting/polishing. Elsewhere there is a degree of gilt rubbing but not major. Glass looks very clean quite possibly later.
