A VICTORIAN BRASS FROG PEN WIPE, with glass eyes and bristles to the back with triple fan shaped note paper holder, on marble base, 10cm wide x 10cm deep x 9.5cm high
It sits tight to the base and the letter rack screws on and is stable. The three leaves are a little bent mainly at the edges. The eyes are in good order, no damage to the base.
