AN 19TH CENTURY AFRICAN CARVED HARDWOOD DOUBLE NECK REST, possibly Ashanti, pierced with split roundels on a rectangular shaped base, 17cm high x 57cm wide x 7cm deep
Fine crack in wood to left edge and another on the right (both in line with the horizontal bar in the circles). Old nicks and scratches in the top bar. Losses to corners. Bottom edges have old chips along the edges.
No woodworm.
