A GEORGE III MAHOGANY WAYWISER, having an iron mounted spoked wheel below a stirrup-shaped handle, the brass matt dial with silvered ring, marked for yards, poles, furloughs and miles, 133cm high
Right hand side lower handle has been cracked, repaired and patched.
Just below this there is a chip to the base of the handle where it meets the dial.
I'm not too familiar with this type of item however there is a hole to the lower part of the dial and I am not sure what this is for or if it is correct. Please see photos.
