A PAIR OF MID 19TH CENTURY CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE VASES, the shouldered body and ring moulded neck enamelled with dignitaries and attendants in terrace and garden landscapes to opposing panels, within a surround of smaller variously shaped panels peony, water lilies, gourds butterflies and scrolls, gilt borders with rose and green leaf scrolls, to the neck rim, shoulder and foot rim, 43cm high
I cannot see any hairline cracks. No chips or restoration. There are some scratches to the enamel and some wear on the iron red and gilt ribbon and 'key' borders. Otherwise in good order. Bright enamel and well painted
