Hands are loose but can be tightened with the screw. Sorry, I'm not sure how the hands are activated.
The outer number 8 has white on part of the enamel
Wood surround is in good order
Brass dial is all intact
There are two small holes to underside. Plinth?
Old chip/loss to back of top leaf on right hand side (can't be seen from the front)
Minor chips along edge o fprofile at the back
